Na ta dan se v ve\u010d kot 192-tih dr\u017eavah odvijajo dogodki za osve\u0161\u010danje glede varovanja okolja na Zemlji. V oddelku podalj\u0161anega bivanja, v Starem trgu ob Kolpi, smo Dan Zemlje obele\u017eili tako, da smo opleli nasad malin in prekopali gredice, da bi jih pripravili za setev in sajenje. V gredice bomo posadili sadike paradi\u017enika, ki smo jih sejali v za\u010detku aprila. Mlade rastlinice malin, ki so se razrasle, smo izkopali in odnesli, da bi jih posadili v doma\u010de vrtove. Nabrali smo tudi koprive, iz katerih smo pripravili odli\u010den zeli\u0161\u010dni \u010daj. Po koncu dela smo se od\u017eejali z njim. Delo z zemljo in rastlinami nas je napolnilo s pozitivno energijo. Delo na vrtu bomo nadaljevali, saj je potrebno opleti tudi zeli\u0161\u010dno gredico, posaditi \u0161e kak\u0161no novo trajno zeli\u0161\u010de ali di\u0161avnico ter posejati semena bu\u010dk, kumaric, nizkega fi\u017eola in peter\u0161ilja. Zavedamo se, da moramo ohraniti na\u0161o Zemljo \u010disto in zdravo, da bomo lahko pridelovali zdravo hrano. Zato praznujmo dan zemlje vsak dan!
